Macs Equine

All Macs Equine's prices shown are in Australian Dollars and include GST. International (worldwide) shipping/freight is via AIR MAIL and delivery is approximately 7- 10 days. Australia wide delivery is provided via surface mail.

The following points are important information about purchasing:

• We deliver the Macs Equine Pee Wee bit worldwide and delivery is included in your purchase price. Due to delivery costs, the Macs Equine Cool Heat rug/blanket can only be purchased on our online store within Australia. Delivery is included in your purchase price. For International sales outside Australia please visit our Distributors page to find a dealer in your country.
• Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard credit cards are accepted on our secure order page. Your credit card details are totally safe because we use DirectOne/SecurePay as our secure online payments gateway which uses SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). We also accept cheques and money orders (Australia only).
• For returns / refunds, use of website content, privacy or any other issues please refer to our policies, copyright notices and Terms and conditions pages.

Step 1

• On the Home page or any of the Products pages click the Add to shopping cart button. Make sure you select the product size first.
• You will get a message informing you that an item has been added to your shopping cart. Click OK to close this message.
• At the top of the page you will notice a picture of a shopping cart with buy now beneath it and information to the left indicating how many items you have chosen to purchase and the cost. Shipping costs are included in the cost of the product..

Step 2

• Click on the 'Buy now' button located on the top right-hand of the page
• You will be taken to a page showing the contents of your shopping cart. Here you can add, edit or delete items from your shopping cart.

Step 3

• Once you are satisfied with the items you wish to purchase click "Proceed to check out" button.
• You will be taken to a page showing the items you have chosen to purchase and a form to enter your shipping details. Simply fill out the information and click on the appropriate payment button.

Step 1

• If using the online shopping cart system, once you have filled out shipping details, click on the 'Pay by cheque or money order' button then print out your order form once it is displayed on the screen.

  If you're not using the online shopping cart system then simply download and printout a paper order form and manually fill out your order.
